1 tbspn coffee; 1 tbspn white sugar; 1 tbspn hot water; 50ml brandy (or vodka); 50ml milk; 25ml caramel syrup or a few drops of vanilla extract

Method

Whisk together your coffee, sugar and water until creamy and set it aside. Take your shaker with ice and add the brandy, milk and caramel syrup (or vanilla extract) and give it a good shake. Double strain into your glass and take your fluffy coffee mix and spoon it onto the top.
