50ml gin, 5ml of sugar syrup, 10ml lemon juice, sparkling wine

Method

Add 50ml of gin into a shaker, then add 5ml of sugar syrup and 10ml lemon juice. Add ice, shake it all up and pour into a champage flute. Top up with your prosecco or champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
