handful of mint leaves; 20ml elderflower juice; 150ml cloudy apple juice

Method

Muddle the mint leaves gently in your shaker with the elderflower juice to release the flavours then add the apple juice with ice and shake it up. Strain into your glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
